Phillip has had a passion for cooking since a young boy. After receiving his chef diploma at 1982, he has gained work experience with small and large restaurants, and several well known hotels in Trinidad & Tobago. He has also worked as a Private Chef for families. Internationally he has worked in Australia and cruise lines at Caribbean. For the past 8 years Phillip has worked as a Freelance Chef, catering for villas and private functions.
